Paint a rock, add it to my body, help me grow a mile!
Ylaa Hauensteinstrasse children joined a creative project in Bruderholz that combined art and nature.
The project centered around Rocko, the rock painting snake, who resides in the famous Bruderholz forest.
Rocko, a beloved figure among the local children, embarked on a mission to grow to an impressive length of a mile, and he needed the children’s help to achieve this goal.
The children enthusiastically took on the challenge, each contributing a uniquely painted rock to help Rocko extend his colorful form. This project not only fostered creativity and a love for nature but also provided an excellent opportunity for the children to develop their fine motor skills. As they carefully painted various designs on their rocks, children improved their hand and eye coordination and precision.
The rock painting project turned out to be a delightful activity in which the children eagerly participated, experimented with different colors, patterns, and textures, learning about artistic techniques and expressing their individuality through their creations.
